1:ORDERS

Please contact me through my contact page and I'm sure we can resolve any issues. Full disclosure, I am a total Luddite, so if there is a technical mishap, an expert (my Gen Z son) will be called in.
2:SHIPPING
All artwork will be packed by me and sent, insured, through the USPS, either first class or Priority, whichever is less expensive (since shipping is included in your cost). If size is an issue, I will use UPS.
3:GIFT SHIPPING
Happy to discuss details on a case by case basis!
4:RETURNS
Hopefully what you see here is what you get and I will only have satisfied customers. HOWEVER, if for any reason you find yourself unhappy, please let me know and we can work out the next step, either an exchange or a return.
